Joshua Antelman grew up in the typical California beach town of Ventura where he was introduced to surfing during breaks from Junior Lifeguards in the third grade. As often as Josh surfed, he became frustrated without a simple way to secure his board when getting something to eat or when picking up groceries after surfing. Josh found that he would need to drive home to drop off his board before school or work because he did not want to get any more surfboards stolen off the roof of his car. How could he easily protect his investments that were strapped to his car or laying in the back of his friend's truck?
